Where the Foothills Meet the Neighborhood
Canton and Woodstock sit side by side in Cherokee County, about 40 miles north of Atlanta, where suburban neighborhoods give way to rolling North Georgia foothills. It’s the kind of place where golf cart-friendly communities like Woodmont and Woodstock Knoll let you cruise from your driveway to downtown shops, restaurants, and weekend farmers markets without ever touching a car key.
Right in the middle of it all, Gary Grim and his team run two dealerships — Golf Cars of Canton and Golf Cars of Woodstock — stocked with Denago EVs and backed by the kind of service you’d expect from a family-run operation.

Built on a Legacy of Customer Care
Gary Grim has spent decades mastering the art of building a dealership. After moving to Roswell, Georgia in 1987, he opened a Jeep store that went on to become the largest in the country. Now he’s brought that same customer-first philosophy to the golf cart world — and he’s brought his family along for the ride.
“You can always replace a golf cart. You can never replace a customer.”
— Gary Grim, Owner
On the sales floor, Britton Lorenz sets the tone. Originally from Oklahoma, Britton is the kind of guy who’d rather hear your story than pitch a product. He encourages every customer — even first-time browsers — to get behind the wheel and take a Denago for a spin.
“Once they get in and drive the Denagos, there’s no questions left.”
— Britton Lorenz, Sales
Service That Comes to You
Both locations run a full service department Monday through Friday with trained technicians. Need help and can’t make it in? Their mobile service team will come to your house. Service manager Jonah Earwood leads the Canton shop, walking customers through not just what went wrong, but how to prevent it — and how to get the most out of every ride.
Beyond the shop, you’ll find the Golf Cars of Canton team at charity fundraisers, community picnics, and local events across Cherokee County. For Gary and his crew, being a dealer isn’t just about selling carts — it’s about being part of the neighborhood.
